任职条件: - 本科及以上学历,5年以上相关经验
- 中文-韩文流利可无障碍交流,同时英文能力佳者优先
- 熟悉常见的人事信息化系统,如SAP或招聘系统ATS,且有实操经验
- 熟悉人力资源各模块业务场景,如C&B、Staffing
- 具备良好的项目管理能力和问题解决能力,擅长跨谈对合作和沟通表达

HRIS manager RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide technical and functional expertise in support HR system ofSAP, Payroll, Time attendance, Learning, Recruiting &performance managementetc. • Lead for HRIS optimization, continued implementation, anddownstream interfaces; coordination of project plans for HRIS and integratedsystems. • Support the full range of functions of HR systems, includingbusiness process configuration, security administration, report development,and related training and communication. • Serve as a partner with internal clients specifically IT andexternal vendors to find innovative solutions to business needs. • Coordinate the testing and implementation of new or modifiedfunctionality and related communications and training. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years relevant working experience. Must have solid and proven hands on experienceon leading HRIS project or experience in workday migration, upgrade,development and maintenance. Leading or at least participate in large,cross-functional teams project within a global company in the execution ofcomplex and cross- function projects Good understanding of general HR practicesincluding Staffing, C&B and other HR functions Excellent command of spoken and written inEnglish and Mandarin, also fluent Korean if base in Korea. Familiar with HRIS system SAP, recruitingsystem ATS Proficiency in PC applications including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Good project management skill, analyticallythinking, problem solving and decision making capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills and able to work with different level of stakeholders.
